01 Restore Purchases

All Pass Panic in-app purchases are non-consumable and permanently tied to your Apple ID — not your device.

  • Tap Restore Purchases in the app's settings or pack screen
  • Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase
  • An active internet connection is required for the restore process

If the restore still doesn't work after confirming your Apple ID, contact us using the details in Section 04 below and we'll help sort it out.

02 Frequently Asked Questions

How many players can play?

3 to 10 players on a single device.

Does the app need an internet connection?

No. Pass Panic works fully offline. There is no account system and no server — everything runs on your device.

What iPhone and iOS version is required?

Pass Panic requires an iPhone running iOS 16 or later.

Will my purchases carry over if I get a new phone?

Yes — purchases are linked to your Apple ID, not your device. Simply reinstall the app and use Restore Purchases to get everything back.

I found a bug, how do I report it?

Email us with a brief description of what happened and your iOS version. We read every report and aim to fix issues quickly.

03 Refunds

We don't process refunds directly — all purchases are handled through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy.

To request a refund:

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
  • Or go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pass Panic on your device

Apple typically reviews and processes refund requests within 48 hours.
