Terms of Use

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Pass Panic ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the app in any way, you confirm that:

• You are at least 4 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your country), or you have obtained parental consent
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• Your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws

02 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Pass Panic on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the app to any third party
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without prior written permission

03 In-App Purchases

Pass Panic offers optional one-time in-app purchases, including individual category packs and a bundle that unlocks all premium content. All purchases are:

• Non-consumable — once purchased, they are permanently associated with your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account
• Final — all sales are final, subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly; refund requests must go through Apple
• Processed by Apple — we do not handle or store any payment information

To restore previous purchases on a new device, use the "Restore Purchases" option within the app.

04 Acceptable Use

Pass Panic is a social party game intended to create fun and laughter among friends and family. You agree to use the app responsibly and in good faith. You must not:

• Use the app to harass, bully, or harm other players
• Attempt to exploit, cheat, or manipulate the app's systems
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's infrastructure

The app's tasks and challenges are intended purely for entertainment. Participation in any in-game challenge is entirely voluntary. We are not responsible for any actions taken by players during gameplay.

05 Intellectual Property

All content within Pass Panic — including but not limited to the app design, graphics, animations, task prompts, penalty card text, category names, and the "Pass Panic" name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, service marks, or trade names without our prior written consent.

If you believe any content in the app infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at recepzgrmh@gmail.com with a description of the alleged infringement.

06 Disclaimer of Warranties

Pass Panic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of any content within the app

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Personal injury resulting from game challenges
• Interruptions to the app's service
• Errors or inaccuracies in app content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim — which may be zero if you use only the free version.

08 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any in-app purchases, subject to Apple's refund policies.

Sections 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive any termination of these Terms.

09 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey. If you are located outside of Turkey, you consent to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts for any such dispute.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through App Store release notes or an in-app notification.

Your continued use of Pass Panic after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the app.
